Shipping Policy

 Pakistan: The order once placed will be delivered to the customer within 5 to 8 working days.

Other countries ( Including UAE ): 10 to 15 working days. 

Return & Exchange Policy

Purchased goods are non-refundable. Gaachi only offers exchanges for incorrect sizes, items, or order-related issues. To initiate an exchange, please submit your complaint within 24 hours of receiving your order; requests made after this period will not be considered. Please do not remove the tags from items if you wish to exchange or replace them; otherwise, the exchange will not be processed.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before the shipping process. After the shipment of your order, you will receive an email with a tracking number against your order. Gaachi reserves this right of cancelling your order for the reasons including, unavailability of stock, declined in payment or the inaccuracy of pricing. There will be no return and exchange on sale articles.

All intellectual property rights, whether registered or unregistered, on the website, information content on the website and all the website design, including, but not limited to text, graphics, software, and their selection and arrangement, and all software compilations, underlying source code and software shall remain our property. When you place an order with us, we collect your name, address, telephone number, credit card information and your email address. We use this information to fulfil your order and to communicate with you about your order.
